DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50 % deposit is required for bookings made by credit card. Bookings made by bank payment must be paid in full by bank transfer, as must be bookings of three rooms or more, and bookings for 26 December – 10 January, Easter, the Mining Conference, and other periods linked to Events in Cape Town.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel 14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during the stay, no show: Full payment due.
Cancel 14 - 28 days before date of arrival - full deposit due.
Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - refund of deposit.
Please note:
All refunds are subject to a 15% handling fee on the full booking value.
