Two families 8 people stayed in this house. I can say, this house was very much better than my expectation. actually this is better than picture in website.
4 sweet room is eough space for two families and braai stuff, kitchen stuff etc, everything was in ready. i stayed just 2 night and 3 days, i had lovely days.
i still think here is the best choice than if you consider hotel in there. |

Absolutely wonderful! A magnificent house on the Clarens Golf Estate, beautifully decorated and maintained. We had the most wonderful long weekend meandering around the lovely town while our men tackled the golf course. We will be back!! |

We took a large group of our closest friends to Waterford House to celebrate my birthday. What a wonderful time we had!!! The house is absolutely gorgeous with enough space for everyone to spend some 'me' time with great entertainment areas (and lovely kitchen) for us all to gather together. Time was split browsing in Clarens, visiting the pubs and just relaxing at the house.

We didn't want to come home. Four couples stayed in this magnificent lodge which is very tastefully furnished and well designed. All South Africans should go to Clarens at some stage and if they're lucky will find accommodation at Waterford House.

Excellent! The views, the local people, Clarens it’s self and the house were above expectations and value for money compared to other locations i.e. Dullstroom, Drakensberg etc. We will definitely visit again and the next time for a longer period. The golf and trout fishing were also above standard and we as a family really enjoyed the break-away.
The location and distance from Jhb makes Waterford House an ideal weekend-breakaway.

What a magnificient house awaited us in Clarins. We were torn between visiting the town of Clarens or staying at the house. We all had such a wonderful time that we are already working out a time when we can venture back.
