CANCELLATION POLICY
For bookings between 20 December and 10 January:
Cancellations 60+ days prior to check-in date, we will refund you the full deposit less a handling fee.
Cancellations 30-59 days prior to check-in date, 60% of the full accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 0-29 days prior to check-in date, advanced departure or no-shows, the full accommodation account is payable.
Rest of the year:
Cancellations 30+ days prior to check-in date, we will refund you the full deposit less a handling fee.
Cancellations 10-29 days prior to check-in date, 60% of the full accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 0-9 days prior to check-in date, advanced departure or no-shows, the full accommodation account is payable.
DEPOSITS
A 40% deposit is payable to confirm a reservation.
