CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to check in date: No charge Cancellations 8-29 days prior to check in date: 50% cancellation fee Cancellations 0-7 days prior to check in date: 100% cancellation fee For bookings between the 20 December to 10 January the policy changes strictly to a 60 and 20 day period.

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of reservations. All confirmed reservations require valid credit card details (visa / mastercard, card holder name, card number, 3 or 4 digit security code, expiry date). Please note that this is purely for reservation purposes and your card will only be debited in accordance to our policy.
