Villa 54 self-catering villa is an elegant double storey house providing the ultimate in luxury self catering holiday accommodation. Ideally suited to guests looking for an alternative to a top-class hotel while enjoying the comfort and privacy of a luxury home, equipped with all the home comforts required for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Villa 54 luxurious self-catering accommodation has breathtaking views of both the Atlantic coastline and the Twelve Apostles of the Table Mountain plateau. The Villa is set in a quiet location, so guests are assured of peace and quiet whilst relaxing on the expansive decks. Relax in the spacious family lounge, TV lounge or entertain your visitors with a barbeque on the large deck after a sundowner taking in the spectacular sunset over the Atlantic. Alternately enjoy a quiet read in the tranquility garden. Villa 54 is equipped with a modern security system to ensure your stay is comfortable and carefree and for your convenience Wireless Internet connectivity is offered throughout the property. Secure remote controlled single and double garages with direct access to the residence are available. Daily housekeeper service (Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays) is provided. On request, private catering or a personal chef can be organised when booking your accommodation. As an option we are able to offer continental breakfasts on request (at an additional cost). We are also able to assist with specific arrangements such as restaurant bookings, tours to wine farms or booking tee-off times on local golf courses. The property is set out on two levels, the Upper House and the Bachelor Flat. These two levels are available separately as two units if required: the Upper House accommodating seven, and the Bachelor Flat accommodating two. If the units are taken separately then the pool is a shared facility, but all other amenities are completely separate and secure, with separate entrances. ACCOMMODATIONUpper House • Entrance Hall: Private courtyard and leading to the Dining Room: large 12 seat mahogany dining table with glass doors opening onto upstairs sea view terrace and large window with views to Table Mountain and the upper cable way station. • Master Bedroom: large double bedroom with extra long queen size bed, views of Table Mountain, built in wardrobes, dressing table and large Main En-Suite: twin basins, separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. • Bedroom 2: extra long queen size bed, with built in wardrobes, dressing table and mountain views. • Family Bathroom: bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and wash hand basin. • TV Lounge: spacious TV room with DSTV, Video and DVD player and bar fridge. • Kitchen: fully equipped with built in cupboards, double fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, automatic dishwasher, double sink and single sink for vegetables, and view of Table Mountain. Laundry: washing machine, outdoor and indoor drying areas • Children’s Bedroom: large bedroom with three extra length single beds, wardrobe and dressing table with desk play area for children, views of the ocean. • Family Lounge: seats 8 offering 180º views of the Camps Bay coastline, the Atlantic and Lion’s head. Large Self Contained Bachelor Flat Kitchen fitted with microwave oven, kettle, toaster bar fridge and hob. The island counter with stools begins the living area and bedroom with extra long queen size bed. There is also an en-suite shower room and sauna.
