Uvongo 38 is a spacious (122m²) unit in a security complex, situated right on the beach front in Uvongo on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal.

The unit comprises of open plan lounge / kitchen area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and television. The extra-ordinarily spacious, covered balcony with its camping gas braai is ideal for outdoor, yet protected socializing.

Exquisite breaker views and sunrise views from the main bedroom, lounge, kitchen and of course, the balcony. The apartment is a mere 150 m stroll down the lawns to Uvongo’s wind-sheltered, shark-netted beach with its lagoon and waterfall - arguably one of the prettiest spots on the KwaZulu Natal Coast.

Uvongo is the perfect place for holiday-making, offering the tourist year-round opportunities for suntanning, swimming, surfing, body boarding, fishing, hiking (Saint’s Walk is a must), jogging, mountain and road biking, canoeing and pleasure boating. Uvongo beach enjoys pilot Blue Flag status.

The beaches of Margate, Ramsgate and Marina Beach are within only a few minutes’ drive from Uvongo. Margate offers action for youngsters in and out-of-season. Shelly Beach’s well-appointed and modern shopping complex with its 6 movie theatres are less than 10 km away.
