We were so impressed by the beautiful lodge. Although Heidlburg hasn't much to offer as a town this lodge is a little piece of perfection! The rooms were fantastic and the views lovely. The beautiful bedrooms are decorated to perfection. We only stayed one night due to us going to P.E. We loved our month long trip to South Africa and this was really one of the highlights of our trip and was without doubt the best B and B we stayed in and have no hesitation in recommending this great place. We will be back!!! |

My husband and I was fortunate enough to spend time at the beautiful Uncle Happy's during April this year. We were welcomed with open arms by the owners and were made to feel so at home, that we want to return as soon as possible. The views are spectacular and the guesthouse itself simply marvellous. Really magnificent. A true haven for all that needs rest for body and sole !! |

Uncle Happy\'s is a must! We only stayed for one night, but would love to go back for longer. I would like to take a good book, my mountain bike and stay a while. Our friendly hostess exuded the warmth and honesty found in the countryside. I would gladly recommend to anybody, but take note; one night is too short |
