CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are not refundable in the event of a ‘non arrival’.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 21 to 28 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 10% of the value of the deposit will be charged.
