We had a last minute addition to our party of four, and when I contacted the venue for assistance in booking the additional person they were very accommodating. They upgraded us to a family suite that had 5 beds at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend them. The facility is close to the N2, and very easy to find. The facility was neat and clean. They were very helpful with local restaurant information.

My family of five had a wonderful stay at Traveller’s Joy. Our hostess Marie made contact with us before we arrived and welcomed us warmly without any complications at all. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and we had a delicious Karoo-style dinner at the Plattelander down the road. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was good except for water pipe that was making a terrible noise during the night.

The service was friendly, the room comfortable, bathroom spotless and we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant the Horse and Mill. The only complaint the room a bit pricey. We stayed in a very similar room in Bloemfontein for only R500.00 for the room instead of R650.00.
