We require a 50% deposit or 1 night accommodation rate, whichever is the greater to confirm your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
"No-shows" will not be refunded, however, if we re-sell your room a 10% handling fee will be charged.
In all other cases the following applies:
Cancellations received 0-7 days prior to check-in date will not be refunded.
Cancellations received 8-14 days prior to check-in date will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to check-in date are subject to a handling fee of 10% and will be deducted from the refund.
