How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
This cancellation policy is subject to change. It applies in all instances. Cancellation of your booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.

Cancellation Prior to payment of deposit - No penalty
Cancellation after payment of deposit with more than 4 weeks notice - 20% of deposit is forfeit
Cancellation after payment of deposit with more than 2 weeks notice - 50% of deposit is forfeit
Cancellation after payment of deposit with less than 2 weeks notice - 100% of deposit is forfeit

If you Change your Booking: After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to change to an earlier date, you may do so subject to availability by paying a transfer fee of R50.00.
