How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date, forfeits 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
All other cancellations are subject to a fee of 5% of the total booking value.
There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures; non-arrival or dive packages not dived.
