A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The balance is payable 2 weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 12 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 8 - 12 weeks before arrival, 75% deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation 4 – 8 weeks before arrival, 50% deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, no refund of deposit.
