DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation of booking and the balance paid at the latest 2 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of non-arrival, you will be charged 100% of your total reservation. Units are reserved until 17h00 unless previously arranged.
The deposit is only fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 28 days prior to arrival.
0-7 days before forfeit full deposit,
7-14 days before forfeit 75% of deposit,
14-21 days before forfeit 50% of the deposit
21-28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit.
