Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with The Rose 'n Ale for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% up to 7 days prior to arrival and thereafter 100% of payment is due unless I can re-let the unit.
In the event of premature departure guests are liable for full payment of original booking period.
No-shows will be charged as originally booked.
An administration fee will be charged for cancellations from either party.
NB: Peak season bookings (Dec-Jan): Full payment is required 1 month prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
