Conferences

The Pavilion offers five versatile conference rooms, a 300 seater auditorium, cuisine tailored to each group's specific needs, and an exhibition area which adds superb value to this Cape Town Conference Centre by affording clients the use of the high-tech environment for cocktail parties and launches. The Pavilion Conference Centre also offers WiFi hotspot technology as well as a Business Centre at which clients are able to use PC's, send email, access the Internet and enjoy other office services.

Exhibitions

The Pavilion Conference Centre provides a sophisticated and flexible platform for exhibitions with floor space for up to 100 shell schemes (size depending) spread over the ground and 1st floors. An added benefit for organisers and delegates is the stunning Atlantic Deck which extends out from the Ground Floor that can be used for breaks and the 300 seater auditorium that can be used for presentations during an exhibit.

The Pavilion's event co-ordinators will assist you with every detail from wine selection and menu creation to lighting, décor and sound and they are as committed to your big day as you are.

Our talented Chef and kitchen staff ensure quality and quantity for your catering needs. Attention to detail and individual requirements, are our top priority. The Pavilion provides professionally trained service staff and barmen, elegant crockery, cutlery and glassware, crisp linen and management services. Our very creative kitchen brigade produces the most mouth watering culinary delights including wedding cakes. Assistance with wine selection, menu creation and a host of other services ranging from flowers and décor to sourcing musicians and marriage officers!

The Pavilion Business Centre

At The Pavilion Business Centre, clients are able to use PC’s, send email, access the internet and enjoy other office services at The Pavilion Conference Centre. It is the Pavilion’s policy to constantly monitor facilities offered at leading international Conference Centres and to match or surpass these global standards. In addition the Pavilion Business Centre is also available for meeting rental and teleconferencing.
