DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

All bookings require a deposit of 50% to confirm and secure the reservation. With the balance payable prior to arrival.

Christmas Season Bookings are due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days prior to arrival, a 10% administration fee will be charged to cover banking and handling charges.
Between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is retained.

Christmas Season:
Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival will incur a 10% admin charge, while cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit half of the deposit.
