Make a Booking

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

The payment of the booking fee and the signing of the terms and conditions secures the venue date and function time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 4 months prior to the function - the deposit will be held as cancellation fee.
Cancellation 3 months prior to the function - 30% of the total food account will be charged.
Cancellation 2 months prior to the function - 40 % of the total food account will be charged.
Cancellation 1 month prior to the function - 50 % of the total food account will be charged.
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the function - 75 % of the total food account will be charged.
Cancellation within 72 hours prior to the function – 100% of the total food account will be charged.
