CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 7 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 8 to 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 22+ days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit.
