25% to secure booking (first paid secures booking at busy times) with the balance to be settled by EFT prior to arrival, or paid in cash on arrival (there is no card facility).
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Less than 7 days notice, forfeit the entire amount of the booking
• From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
• From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
• From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
• All cancellations are also subject to a 10% admin fee
• Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival
• No persons other than those identified may use or share the accommodation
