We booked in since 2005/2006 (once a month) 2007(10 times for the year) + 2008 (JAN/FEB/APRIL/MAY/JUNE THIS SAT 14/6/08 + 10/8/08 WILL BOOK FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY.THESE DATES SAYS IT ALL...THANK U CALEDON SPA WE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND LEAVE STRESS FREE......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CALEDON SPA STAFF, YOUR HOTEL + FACILITIES ARE THE BEST, THUMBS UP GUYS...FROM MR + MRS KAMALDIEN.

the time was just too short for us. i want to thank the woman at the hair salon , for the first time ever someone washed and blow dried my hair in just twenty minutes and even my kids said they never saw my hair style stay in for so long -thanks alot. Although we had a problem getting our gowns for the pool we do not really mind,because all our other request were spot on with no time wasted, thanx. we will definately be back.

My wife and I visited the place for the first time last year and absolutely love the place. I would recommend the Caledon Spa any day. Thank you for making our stay a memorable and pleasurable one

We specifically booked so we could make use of the pools and facilities on a Monday evening when everything had been emptied and cleaned and were assured after three phone calls that we could do so on Monday after 5pm. Not so. One pool too hot to get in. Other pools not filled. Garden mineral pool cold. Turkish baths and sauna not switched on. No staff at all at the baths. When enquiring at reception was told that "maintenance had forgotten" and we must wait they would come up. They never did. we waited and went back to reception and asked to register a complaint - they could not have cared- did not write anything down and as we found out later did not tell manager. Manager ended up writing us sarcastic letters but admitting a "miscommunication" (!) and telling us we could come back at the same price and get a R200 dinner voucher!! Also very uninformed staff and the most awful food ever. we checked out early. Told management that compensation was due beyond a dinner voucher and have not heard a word and will never go back and certainly not recommended to anyone.

While this place is beautiful, the beauty is unfortunately overshadowed by terrible service and incompetant staff and managers.

I would like to thank the consultants from the wellness clinic for excellent service, not forgetting the consultant of the hairdresser, you guys are amazing, definitely book again with you.

The reception staff was helpfull and i would also like to say that it was abslutely amazing, myself and my husband came alone this time and we really had a ball of a time, we are regular visitors and we definitely will be taking advantage of your specials. Da vinci, definely needs lots of attention as staff was slow and too busy running between casino etc.
I also thank you for being Halaal freindly.

Vanaf die eerste oomblik wat ons gearriveer het, was als wonderlik.Diens uitstekend,almal baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Alles baie gereiflik.Kamers baie netjies en skoon. Ons het aandete en ontbyt geniet by die Black Sheep, kos was uit boonste rakke.Het natuurlik hopeloos te veel geeet. AL waaroor ons dalk bietjie kan kla, is dat die warmbron se water nie 100% skoon was nie. (Daar is aan ons verduidelik, dat dit was a.g.v langnaweek was, wat water nie kon skoongemaak kon word nie. Sou glo volgende dag gebeur het) Het vir n massage gegaan,was in die hemel.... My man het die casino baie geniet, die dat hy ietsie gewen het is n bonus.
Verder was als PUIK. Ek wou nie eers huis toe kom nie. Sal beslis weer gaan...

as with riska, upon arrival we also had to wait for our room and there were no clean pool towels or gowns available for us (probably since we only got to book in so late). other than that the kids loved every minute and i was very relaxed.

What a marvelous place for children, but I agree the swimming pools and spa pools needs attention and the rooms need redecorating, our toilet broke while we were staying, and the whole room was wet on our arrival. The equipment in thge jym was terrible!!!

general staff - very helpfull & friendly.
stay - relaxed.
swimming + spa pools - not good, needs attention.
hotel resturant - good.
Da vinci - unacceptable service, very poor.
