To management and staff of the Caledon Spa and Casino, a warm thank you for a lovely weekend at your resort. Special thanks to the staff of the Black sheep restaurant for a well organised service they provided with my mother's 60th Birthday party on Saturday evening . Please know that this will indeed not be the last time we will be visiting. Thanks to the care giver at the paly centre, it was good to know my children was in safe hands! |

my wife and i was booked for the weekend of 08/04/2011 to 10/04/2011 and we as always enjoyed the stay ,we were very impress with the new rooms,your staff as well as the manager were on the ball,greate service.we would recomment the caledon hotel and spa any day,thanks for a fantastic weekend |

Still awaiting for the hotel manager to call me regarding charging me double & for a newspaper I did not even order. Facilities are however fantastic-just the response time is lacking and room service chips we ordered were cold when it arrived. |

Spa and hot springs make the resort,if not for that it would be a disappointing experience as the hotel is not of a 4 star grading.
Service slow,house keeping dismal and hotel restaurant menu shocking for 4 star establishment and other 2 restaurants are not any better.
Staff need training and buildings need maintenance,choice of items on menus need improvement .
Our stay was good but could have been fantastic - hopefully the hotel will take note of our feedback. Hats off to the spa staff who could teach the rest of the staff about service.

I simply love the Caledon Spa for it's hot water springs. One tip though. Never go to the hotel without taking any of your own towels or gowns with you. For both the times I have visited there have been none available. We go there especially for the springs and my kids had to go swimming without any towels in Winter.To tip it off we had to dry us with a hairdryer after our bath. I think you need to add that to your booking website, that visitors need to bring extra towels as it is extremely misleading especially when you have kids with you. |

We had a fantastic time at your resort. The kids absolutely loved your facilities. We would however, appreciate that you do something about the shower doors on the bath. We found that whenever we showered the entire floor was wet. Also, some guests parked around the entrance of the hotel instead of in the designated parking areas - this was abit unsightly. I would still recommend your resort, nevertheless. |

the time was just too short for us. i want to thank the woman at the hair salon , for the first time ever someone washed and blow dried my hair in just twenty minutes and even my kids said they never saw my hair style stay in for so long -thanks alot. Although we had a problem getting our gowns for the pool we do not really mind,because all our other request were spot on with no time wasted, thanx. we will definately be back. |

We booked at the spa as a family, parents, myself and my sister.
We all enjoyed the spa soo much, however the staff needs some training on the way they answer the phones and how to always greet and smile, they were definately lacking this.
