CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation between 4 and 30 days will result in 25 % of the total cost of the stay being withheld. In the event of cancellation within 3 days of arrival, there will be no refund. In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of the stay, which was booked and confirmed. Receipt of a deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms.
