DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order to complete the booking, we require a 50% deposit, payable within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. The remaining 50% and extras are to be settled on departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made on the expected day of arrival, or within the duration of the stay, will be liable for the 100% of accommodation costs for the days cancelled.
Cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 25% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 10% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made further in advance than 21 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full.
