CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
25% is non-refundable should your reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
50% is non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days and 100% is non-refundable thereafter.
Inclement weather is beyond the control of Tenahead Mountain Lodge. Bad weather can cause closure of roads for a number of days and access to and from the lodge will be prevented. The roads are not owned by Tenahead and we can therefore not be responsible for road closure as a result of bad weather / heavy snowfalls. It is understood that any expenses in relation to these unscheduled extension (eg. Accommodation, meals, telephone calls etc.) will be for the guests account. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather access.
