Sunnyside Guest Suites is ideally located in Parsons Hill, in the Greenacres area, which is in the centre of Port Elizabeth, and just a few minutes walk from the Greenacres Shopping Mall and Greenacres Hospital.

Sunnyside Guest Suites offer one and two bedroomed self catering units, as well as a fully equipped three bedroomed penthouse. The facilities offer private, spacious, quality accommodation, perfectly suitable for corporate clients, families, sports teams and tourists.

The Sunrise Suite is a family suite with the main bedroom having a kingsize bed (or two singles) and full ensuite bathroom - double shower, separate bath, toilet and basin. Glass sliding doors open the main bedroom onto the garden and braai area. The 2nd bedroom is separated from the open plan lounge and kitchenette area by a low dividing wall and contains two ¾ beds for the 3rd and 4th guests. There is also a sleeper couch in the open plan lounge area for the 5th guest. There is a well-equipped kitchenette, where light meals can be prepared, and a 2nd bathroom - shower, basin and toilet. Both sliding doors protected with Trellidor security gates. A flat screen television offering the DStv B'nB and hotel bouquet.

Situated on a hill, this 165m² penthouse is on the 2nd floor and has the most beautiful 180 degree view of Port Elizabeth and the Algoa Bay including the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. The apartment consists of a large lounge (view), separate dining room (view), large main bedroom with a king-size bed (or two singles) (view), 2nd bedroom has two ¾ beds, and the third bedroom has one double bed.
