Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Summit Lodge for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 0 - 14 days prior to check-in date or no-show, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations 14 - 28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit paid.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, and subject to the above policy, Summit Lodge will refund the applicable amount within 10 working days.
