Studio 28 offers two separate units, next to each other, which makes it perfect for families (no children under 12) and friends. Each unit sleeps two persons, either in two single beds or in a king size bed (please specify when making your reservation).
Percale white linen and thick towels are supplied for your comfort, as well as heaters, electric blankets, duvets and extra blankets for the chilly months. The apartments are fully serviced during your stay.
The kitchenettes are well equipped with fridge, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and dish washing liquid are supplied.
The private patio has a table and chairs as well as braai facilities. There is a TV with DSTV (selected channels only), and a few amenities for your comfort.
Breakfast is available, at extra cost, at different venues in Clarens.
An 18 hole golf course, fly-fishing, hiking, biking, abseiling, horse-riding, river rafting are only a few of the activities available. Not to mention the numerous art galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs.
Only a stone throw away from Golden Gate National Park, Sterkfontein Dam, the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho or Ficksburg the Cherry Capital of South Africa, Clarens is ideally located. Studio 28 is situated in Larola, a quiet district of Clarens, only a few minutes away from the buzzing centre. Larola is very safe. Security guards are on duty at both entrances of the complex as soon as it gets dark. This assures you peace and tranquility during your stay.
Studio 28 offers secure undercover parking, numbered according to the units’ numbers. For your comfort, it is not permitted to smoke in the apartments, but you are most welcome to use the patio (please make sure to use an ashtray).
