Deposit to the value of 30% of the accommodation (with a minimum value of 1 night's accommodation) is required to confirm a booking. Balance required 30 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30% of the total reserved value (the deposit) is forfeit if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival
50% of the total reserved value is forfeit if cancelled 14 to 29 days prior to arrival
75% of the total reserved value is forfeit if cancelled 7 to 13 days prior to arrival
100% of the total reserved value is forfeit if cancelled 0 to 7 days prior to arrival (or "no show")
