• 30% of the value of the contract if the contract is cancelled or postponed less than 28 days prior to the function
date (between 15-28 days)
• 50% of the value of the contract if the contract is cancelled or postponed less than 14 days prior to the arrival date (between 8-14 days)
• 100% of the value of the contract if the contract is cancelled or postponed less than 7 days prior to the arrival date
