About Soverby Guest House
Soverby Guest House is situated on a working cattle farm in the Stellenbosch district, the first guesthouse you’ll find from Cape Town International Airport. At Soverby, Yesteryear’s (1907) wine cellars have been transformed to provide refined living for the the lone traveler, a family or groups of friends exploring the Winelands together.
All units have a TV with M-Net, fridge, telephone, coffee / tea making facilities with home baked rusks and access to the swimming pool. The self catering cottages share another swimming pool.
This room consists of two single beds with a bathroom en-suite with a shower.
This room consists of a double bed, and its own bathroom en-suite with a shower.
Four Sleeper Family Room:
This family suite consists of ttwo bedrooms, first is an inter leading room with twp single beds, second room with a queen sized bed and the bathroom with a shower.
Six Sleeper Family Room:
This family suite consists of two bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed (downstairs), Bedroom 2 has three single beds (upstairs), bathroom with a shower (en-suite Bedroom 1).
This room consists of a queen size bed, Victorian bath and shower as well as a fireplace for those chilly nights.
Self Catering Cottage 1:
Open-plan room upstairs with queen size bed and two single beds. Downstairs is kitchen, lounge and full bathroom. Patio with braai facilities and a view over the lake.
Self Catering Cottage 2:
Bedroom upstairs with double bed. Downstairs is bedroom with two single / king beds. Lounge with sleeper couch, kitchen and full bathroom. Patio with braai facilities and a view over the lake.
Breakfast is included in the guesthouse room rate. Guests in the self catering cottages can request breakfast by prior arrangement. Lunch and dinners are also available on request to our guests.
Soverby has superb braai facilities, preparation of meat and accompaniments done on the premises with cleaning up by our friendly staff. Our Dam is stocked with Mozambique Tilapia for the keen angler. Swimming pools aplenty.
