Just stayed here in January 2011; great location - the new Cape Quarter shops & restaurants a block away, nice clean pool with BBQ one level down. Great views, easy walking to downtown and De Waterkant; liquor store across road (MidMar); Pick&Pay supermarket a few blocks west on Strand; nice new Spar supermarket 2 blocks away in Cape Quarter; 5 minute cab ride to V&A waterfront; friendly staff security desk in lobby; apartment was spotless and well maintained. Rented from Claire who is the most charming and helpful person imaginable! Looking forward to a return next year!
