DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a 50% deposit within 24 hours of making a reservation with the remainder is payable on arrival. If a deposit is not given, valid credit card details will be requested and kept on file. Should the reservation be a “No Show”, the full amount will be charged to the credit card account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0 - 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
Cancellation 14 - 28 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation more than 28 days prior to arrival: 75% of the deposit will be refunded
