Situated on the sub-tropical Dolphin Coast, in the unspoilt seaside village of Salt Rock, within walking distance to tidal pools and pristine beaches, lies ‘Seaside Lodge’.

Accommodation

All rooms located on the upper floor open onto a balcony with sea views. A combination of tastefully decorated luxury and standard rooms, self catering units and family suites offer accommodation tailored to your specific needs for up to 20 guests.

Each room is equipped with M-Net TV, all the local channels, two central DStv channels, ceiling fan, bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee tray, with interesting magazines to relax or keep you abreast of corporate developments and wireless internet access to keep you in touch with the rest of the world.

Yellow Room / luxury room:
Spacious, king size bed, bathroom en suite, Victorian Era bath with hand held shower, air conditioned, own outside entrance leading out onto a large sundeck, beautiful sea views.

Blue Room / luxury room:
Spacious, king size bed, bathroom en suite with separate bath and shower; inter leading room with two single beds, balcony with beautiful sea views.

Orange Room / standard room:
King size bed, bathroom not en suite – immediately adjacent to the bedroom door – separate bath and shower, balcony with beautiful sea views.

Green Room / Standard Room:
Double bed, bathroom en suite shower only, balcony with beautiful sea views.

Room 5 / Standard Room:
Queen size bed, bathroom en suite shower only, no views.

Self catering unit 1:
Two bedrooms – main with king size bed and 2nd bedroom with two single beds, spare single bed in nook in passage, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge / dining room, all linen provided, unit cleaned daily, full DStv.

Self catering unit 2:
Two bedrooms – main with king size bed, 2nd bedroom open plan with two single beds, couch, TV, table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, all linen provided, the unit is cleaned daily.

Dining

Enjoy the option of a tastefully prepared full English or Continental Breakfast, combined with a touch of South Africa’s cultural melting pot of interesting cuisine prepared on request. Should you wish to have the option of an in-house dinner this can be pre-arranged for groups in excess of four people.

To really help you unwind you may enjoy a braai / barbeque or simple sundowner, sitting in the exotic beauty of our indigenous garden by the sparkling secluded pool.

The beach is two minutes walk from the lodge. There is a choice of a German, Italian, Portuguese, pub and curry restaurants all within two minutes walk from the lodge.
