ACCOMMODATION

Sea Breeze is a spacious apartment in a beautiful garden with exquisite close views of the ocean and mountains from all angles. It is unique in space and privacy, comprising a double bedroom with king-size or single beds, lounge and sun room. The sun room is divided into a sitting and dining area and kitchenette overlooking the ocean. Sliding doors lead from the sun room to a large private terrace with sun beds, barbeque and outside dining facilities – ideal for outdoor living. The apartment is within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and public transport.

The apartment is ideal for a couple but can accommodate a family of four. The lounge doubles as a second bedroom with single beds available when needed. A folding door divides the two rooms. (A small bedroom en suite adjacent to the apartment with private entrance is an extra for teenagers or young adults who prefer their own privacy).

Outdoor and open door living in privacy is the best features of the apartment. You will spend most of your time on the terrace with its sun beds and outside dining facilities where you can have your meals inside the sun room or outside with views unequalled by many restaurants. The pool is in a sunny very private secluded position. Only one reservation is accepted. There are no other guests sharing the pool. The bathroom is spacious with bath and shower.

Sea Breeze has a private and separate entrance. It consists of the complete ground floor of a residence on two levels surrounded by a lovely garden with its privacy protected by large trees. The apartment has satellite TV, wireless internet connectivity, telephone, laundry facilities, iron, ironing board and clothes rack. There is also a hairdryer, safe, music centre and library. Shaded off-street parking is provided.

Breakfast

Breakfast (cooked or continental) is optional and served in the privacy of the dining area in the apartment or on its terrace surrounded by garden and sea views.

Location

You can walk along the beautiful promenade to the famous restaurant strip of Camps Bay; it is situated above the secluded Bakoven beaches where people come from far and wide to watch the last rays of the sun fall on Africa. A ten minute drive brings you to the centre of Cape Town, the Waterfront, the Cable Car to the top of Table Mountain, 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
