Join the N12 and follow it to Witbank. The N12 joins the N4 which follows onto Belfast. At Belfast turn on to the R540 and follow it to Dullstroom and Lydenburg Pass through Lydenburg (Mashishing) and onto the R36 towards Origstad. In Origstad follow the R527 over the Abel Erasmus Pass and through the JG Strydom tunnel towards Hoedspruit.
Pass through Hoedspruit and turn left onto the R40 (R530). After 17km turn right into the Main Balule Nature Reserve Gate (Olifants West). A conservation levy of approximately R50 per vehicle and R50 per person is payable at the gate. The vehicle levy is already covered should you be doing road transfers through us privately, this unfortunately does not apply to Ashton's Shuttle however. Follow the Olifants Road for +/- 4km until the Sable Road is reached turn left. 800m down Sable Road you will reach the Sausage Tree turn off on your left (sign marked). Follow the road for 300m to camp.
