DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings, with the balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation on the day of arrival or during the stay forfeit the total booking value.
Cancellation less than 14 days days prior to check-in date forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellation between 14 and 28 prior to check-in date forfeit 25% of the total booking value.
Refunds and waiver of the cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and are based on the ability to re-let the suites.
