DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% non-refundable deposit by electronic transfer or credit card is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 72 hours before arrival. If a booking is made under 72 hours before check-in a 100 % non-refundable deposit is required. Once we have the payment, your booking is confirmed. In most occasions we will confirm verbally or by email as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation one week or more prior to check in date: 50% of full accommodation rate is charged.
Cancellation within one week of booking date: Full accommodation rate is charged.
Cancellation of Peak Season bookings at any time: Full accommodation rate is charged.
Should you wish to cancel days, shorten your booking or take days in-between out of booked schedules, the full accommodation rate will still be charged.
