DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
For bookings made less than one month prior to arrival the payment in full is due to confirm.
For bookings made more than one month prior to arrival and less than six months prior, a 50% payment is due to confirm.
For bookings made more than six months prior to arrival, a 25% deposit is due to confirm, with a further 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than six months before the date of arrival, a full refund will be made.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled less than six months before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 10%.
If the booking is cancelled less than one month before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 15%.
If the booking is cancelled less than one week before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 25%.
If the booking is cancelled less than one day before arrival, the deposit will be refunded less 45%.
If the booking is cancelled after 0800 on the day of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
