ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We loved every single second. loved being able to bring our dogs, the fishing was amazing ,the cottage gorgeous and the view breath taking! |

The place was exceptionally beautiful especially because of the snow this weekend. Exceeded my expectation by far. The log cabin is cosy, and very comfortable. However i must be honest and add just a little helpful critism, the hostess could have been a bit more hospitable. Being in the service industry myself i know how to provide good customer service and inturn expect the same when out, a gracious host/hostess needs to be warm and friendly and must be able to communicate in warm and friendly manner to their guests. Just a bit of advise for the hostess when clients are leaving, good practise would be to see them off eg. Thank you for choosing Rocky Mountain, please come again we enjoyed having you... something/anything. Really would love to go again and will tell lots of people about Rocky Mountain lodge. |
