DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
In order to secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit, payable within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. The balance is due prior to arrival as stipulated by the requested due date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made on the expected day of arrival, or within the duration of the stay, will be liable for 100% of the accommodation costs.
Cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 25% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 10% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made further in advance than 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full.
