DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation 30 days after written confirmation.
Deposits made to guarantee reservation are non-refundable.
Full and final payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.
Cancellation penalties are levied as follows: Any reservation cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date – 50% of the total invoiced amount.
Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date – are charge to the full value ( 100% of the total invoiced amount ) be applicable.
Cancellation penalties for Easter and 21 Dec -4Jan –less than 12 weeks’ notice prior to arrival – 100% of total invoiced amount.
In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds of deposits / prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room.
