DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

For bookings of 4 days or less we require the full amount of the stay to be paid as the deposit.
For bookings of 5 days and more we require a 50% deposit to be paid by credit card or Bank transfer to secure the booking.
We require the deposit/full payment to be paid by EFT or you need to furnish us with full credit card details to confirm the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit = 100% deposit for 4 days or less. For more than four days a 50% deposit is required.
No-Show (non-arrival) or cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement.
From 7 to 14 days: 75% of full stay is forfeited regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement;
From 14 to 21 days: 50% full stay forfeited regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement;
From 21 to 28 days: 25% full stay forfeited regardless of deposit paid or bill back agreement;
Shortening length of stay: 100% of daily rate will be payable for each day cancelled.
