* Units taken on a self catering basis are subject to a minimum charge per night if not fully occupied. POA.
Single occupancy rates and rates for children under 12 years old on application.
A surcharge applies for stays of 1 night only falling on a weekend.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all long weekends.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Guests may key in own card details to an internet pay system on a secure website. We send an email link to guests who therefore do not have to divulge credit card information to us. We charge a transaction fee of 3%.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 7 days of stay, forfeit the entire amount of the booking value.
Cancellation within 14 days of stay, forfeit 75% of payment made.
Cancellation within 21 days of stay, forfeit 50% of payment made.
Cancellation within 30 days of stay, forfeit 25% of payment made.
All cancellations are also subject to a 10% admin fee.
