River Club 4213 is a well equipped, spacious north facing double storey house in the popular River Club complex on the Piesang Valley River, Plettenberg Bay. The Downstairs section is a spacious, open plan living area comprised of lounge, dining-room and kitchen with nook area. Access to garage / laundry is via the kitchen. Living area opens out onto patio which overlooks man-made pond surrounded by well maintained communal gardens. Also downstairs off the entrance is a separate guest toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6-8 guests) and 2 bathrooms. Decoder is linked to both the downstairs and upstairs TVs. TV reception is exceptionally poor unless channelled through satellite dish, a smart card is therefore essential for viewing. Single narrow lock-up garage, fitted with appliances and other items, limiting parking space.
