12 Ramsgate Dunes is a self-catering double storey townhouse with lock-up garage situated in a secure complex. Downstairs comprises of an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen, and guest toilet. The covered patio has a built-in braai.

Upstairs comprises a main bedroom en-suite with a balcony, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has been decorated to show the diverse cultures of our lovely country and has ample cupboard space.

All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Bed linen is provided but guests are asked to bring their own towels. The lounge is equipped with a T.V. and V.C.R. and satellite dish. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven. The outside laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The complex has the facility of a lovely sparkling pool and clubhouse. Access to Southbroom swimming beach and lagoon is just a short stroll down a pathway. The beach has a tidal pool and lifeguard facilities. Swim in the surf of just laze in the sun.
