About Radium Hall Guest House
Radium Hall Guest House is set on the slopes of Cape Town's Lion's Head, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain. This newly created modern home is stylishly decorated; blending simple modern architecture with beautiful old antique furniture from the colonial days and touches of Africa.
The guesthouse was established more than 10 years ago and is run by an energetic ‘people’s person’ who goes out of her way to roll out the red carpet for her guests. Margie and her son Jamin will roll out the red carpet for all their guests and dazzle them with their charm and hospitality, revealing all of Cape Town’s secrets over a glass of good wine overlooking the magic views of Cape Town. Both Margie and Jamin are qualified tour guides and can offer tailor made private tours to the Winelands, Cape Point, as well as golfing trips, surfing trips and nights out on the town.
Radium Hall offers large spacious rooms with high ceilings and comfortable separate en-suite bathrooms. In the blazing African summers the guesthouse is ideally situated under the cool shadow of Lion's Head making the rooms and property a refreshing cool oasis. This home’s rooms are stylishly decorated with lovely Cape Dutch antiques, to transcend the guest back to a simpler life when Cape Town was just a little quiet trading post in the Southern Ocean, with breathtaking views over the city and exquisite uninterrupted views of Table Mountain from one’s bed.
The beautiful rooms in the house range from our very large and spacious Table Mountain Suite with solid cherry wood four-poster bed and African finishes that sleeps a whole family, to our Signal Hill Room which is fully serviced with kitchenette that has a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and all self catering crockery and cutlery with crisp white cotton sheets, fluffy duvets and big white pillows.
This accommodation is in a safe up market area with magnificent views of Table Mountain. All our rooms have walk-out patios to soak up the sun and will accommodate your every need and provide you with a peaceful night’s sleep in an extremely quite cul de sac in the heart of Cape Town.
We serve a scrumptious full English breakfast as well as a selection of fresh Cape fruits, healthy yogurt, muesli and cereals. There is a choice of tea, coffee and juice as well as breads, toast, jams and butter. All this while you have a stunning view of the sun coming up over Cape Town setting Table Mountain alight in golden rays.
