CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 11 days or more prior to check-in date will not be charged cancellation fees.
Cancellations received 10 days prior to arrival will be charged 10% cancellation fees and a further 10% per day will be levied for every day up until the day prior to the check-in date.
