DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
1. A R500 retainer will be held until it has been confirmed that no breakages have occurred. Upon receipt of such confirmation the deposit will be refunded within 3 business days. Any breakages will be deducted from the deposit with a minimum deduction of R150.
2. To secure your booking a 50% payment of the full amount (including the R500 retainer) for the stay is payable, unless the rate is a fully prepaid rate.
3. The balance is payable 2 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you cancel your reservation the following will apply:
1. Cancellation 1-13 days prior to arrival date - o refund
2. Cancellation 14-30 days prior to arrival date - 15% refund
3. Cancellation 31-59 days prior to arrival date - 25% refund
4. Cancellation 60 days + prior to arrival date - 100% refund
