The modern conference venue at Quarry Lake Inn leads out onto the deck overlooking the lake, offering delegates a tranquil environment conducive to productive workshops and meetings. The air-conditioned venue is equipped to handle DVD and PC presentations with full audio, and has the ability to switch up to 14 laptops individually to the main projector.

The projector is ceiling-mounted and a motorised screen drops in front of a white board and removable flipcharts. Wi-Fi connection throughout. The conference room can seat 14 delegates in boardroom and 26 in cinema style.

The public areas also have a fully wheelchair-friendly cloakroom/toilet.

Quarry Lake Inn has its own standby generator, so that meetings and conferences can continue uninterrupted in the event of a power outage. The lighting and electrical supply for most appliances will be maintained throughout the rest of the building.
