Single Occupancy in any Cottage / Chalet

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Accommodation is only provided on an advance booking basis.
A deposit of 50% is payable within 48 hours of confirmation of booking.
The balance of the fee is payable on arrival plus a refundable damages deposit of R50 per chalet.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged for any cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date.
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the whole deposit.
