DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
In order to guarantee a reservation, indicate your guarantee preference (credit card payment, bank transfer, cash deposit etc.) and fax or email it back to us. Full prepayment is required forty five days prior to arrival, or if the reservation is made within forty five days of arrival, two working days after making the reservation. Should we receive no response from you on the above during the allotted time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should this reservation be cancelled less than 7 days from the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate applicable for the full stay plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you in relation to your guarantee method above. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card or by a bank transfer at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.
